Thank you to all donors and volunteers for eighteen years of help and support for seriously ill children! Helping people has always been our priority. 

We have never asked for help for stray animals. We fed them ourselves, treated them when needed, protected them from ticks and parasites. 

But unfortunately a pack of dogs arrived this year (they are wild and impossible to catch). On the sixth of February one of the dogs gave birth to five puppies. In all there are 10 dogs in this pack, puppies included. 
Our task is to sterilise at least two females. And then to neuter the males, because one of the dogs that joined our sterilised pack a couple of years ago brought new ones. 
Many summer-house owners feed the stray dogs without thinking about the consequences or about how the dogs will survive the winter. In autumn, when the season ends, they leave the dogs to their fate.
And since we have lived at our summer house permanently since February 2022, they naturally come to us.
We approached various organisations that help animals. As we are outside the city, the municipal social services cannot sterilise them free of charge. The municipal enterprise «Municipal Centre for Environmental Safety» gave us a commercial offer for catching stray animals and providing them with veterinary services:
Transporting live animals outside the city of Odesa (110 km) — 2235,00 UAH
Catching one stray animal — 666,67 UAH
Surgery, recovery and keeping the animal for 5 days — 1666,67 UAH
A rabies vaccination for one stray animal — 173,33 UAH
In total per dog — 4741,67 UAH * 5 = 23708,35 UAH

And a great request and hope for help from kind people! The little puppies need to find loving owners. Perhaps someone can take them in and surround them with kindness and love in their own house.
